This workshop is the third in VPTD's Hospitality Leadership Series.

Putting effective time management strategies in place has been shown to decrease stress and anxiety.

In an industry that is notoriously time poor, where the pressure is intense, the environment is almost always in a state of urgency, and leaders are in a constant state of flux managing the personalities and demands of the team, the guests and their bosses... It seems to me that learning about time management should be a top priority for all leaders in this space.

How long is this course?
This course is in two parts. You can do both parts in one sitting, or over a couple of days at times that suit you best. Each part will take you 1.5 hours to complete. In total, the entire workshop will generously take you 3 hours to compete.
