This workshop forms part of VPTD's Hospitality Leadership Series. This course is for Managers, Supervisors and essentially, leaders of people at any level.

Personality profiling can give us specific insights into the motivators and needs of those around us. But the benefits don't end there. Understanding profiles can help leaders to connect, to counsel, to communicate, to empathise and to delegate.

In this workshop:

  • An outline of four personality profiles according to DISC
  • How to identify the personality preferences of others
  • Learn what each personality type brings to the table
  • How to modify your communication to become more effective
  • Using DISC to delegate
  • Activity: How will you implement your newfound knowledge, and with whom?
