This workshop forms part of VPTD's Hospitality Leadership Series.

This course is for leaders in the hospitality, and events space. Having said that, it's perfectly suited to anyone looking to advance their leadership skills by increasing their understanding of communication.

An effective leader doesn’t just maintain things the way they are: they develop their team, they grow the business and they develop themselves. In order to develop others, negotiate organizational change, interact effectively with superiors and resolve conflict we need to master the art of communication.

Poor communication skills not only hinder career success and job satisfaction but are ultimately reflected in an unmotivated team, high staff turnover, stifled creativity and low productivity.
