BAMA - THE FOUR PILLARS OF HOSPITALITY EXCELLENCE

This workshop has been created for anyone wanting to excel in the hospitality industry. Suited to entry level staff, as part of an onboarding process, or leaders wanting to foster a culture of genuine care and guest connection. This course will help to raise the standards of excellence in relation to your guests, but also equally as important, in relation to your team mates.

This short course (45 minutes) may be utilised as a team training exercise and assigned to all staff throughout your venue. Alternately it may be used to further your own personal and career development and to garner an understanding of exactly what excellence might look like for you, in your role, at your venue, and for your guests.
